Thanks to the advice of the more experienced knitters over at Zimmermania I now have a few ideas on how to proceed with the sweaters. But I’ll just save it until I actually have ideas-in-yarn to show you. For now, here is the first sleeve of J’s Fishtrap.
hi there. i was seeking some help for my current project, the nalgar sweater, and i found your post on zimmermaniacs. i am having an issue with the sleeves too, it looks like i am knitting for a bandit with his arms up in the air, is this what happened to you? i would love a link or any instruction you can spare, i have ripped it once and think rip 2 is coming up. yours looks like it turned out just fine…thanks for any info.

you’ve got me intruiged about the merry maidens dress. so much so that i bought interweave knits at my lys yesterday. i was disappointed with both the directions *and* the photos in the mag. the one you linked to is so much better; you can really see the details on it.
i want to make this from the neck down, in the round. is this how you’re doing it? would you be willing to share how you’ve done yours? i like your square neckline better than the pic, too.
